As the anchor tenant of Westwinds Business Park, Bell sought to develop an outstanding building that would be central to the park’s dynamic. RK was commissioned by the park’s developer, Remington Development Corporation, to design a structure for the tenant that would reflect Bell’s commitment to communication and information technology.
At 198,000 sq. ft. – spread over 3 storeys – Bell Westwinds acts as a company hub where employees can not only enhance productivity, but also build a personalized, cohesive, and collaborative work environment within an innovative campus setting.
