Riddell Kurczaba is pleased to formally announce that one of our projects – The Lofts – was recently approved for funding by the City of Calgary's Downtown Development Incentive Program! 

The program aims to revitalize the downtown core by attracting new businesses and residents, enhancing the overall quality of life, and stimulating economic growth, with the goal of making downtown Calgary a more vibrant and attractive place to live, work, and do business, while also promoting sustainable development and economic growth.

It's been just over a month since the Calgary Farmers' Market opened their new location in Northwest Calgary. With over 70 vendors including fresh local produce, meat, international food, organic goods, artisan crafts and more – the new market also features a dedicated event space for corporate events and weddings, a commercial kitchen for cooking classes, a children's play area, as well as ample seating for visitors to relax share in quality food and time together.

The new Calgary Farmers Market West (CFM West) in Melcor Developments Greenwich development is less than a month away from opening! With the base building completed last fall, everyone has been hard at work on the interior fit out of the building. Riddell Kurczaba is part of the team bringing this space to life.
